Rehab Options

Customized 8 Week Rehab Program

If you want ongoing expert help with getting back to running without pain, my Customized Rehab Program is designed for you. We begin with a detailed online assessment to understand your injury history, running goals, lifestyle, and movement limitations. After our Zoom assessment, you'll receive a personalized rehab plan with exercises tailored to your specific needs, along with session notes. Throughout the program, we'll meet regularly to track your progress, make adjustments as needed, progress your exercises, and ensure you're moving toward your goals. You'll also have direct access to Dr. Lisa through a private app for support, questions, and feedback between sessions.

Includes:

  • Full body assessment with running form analysis to determine source of pain

  • Zoom session follow ups every other week with direct access to Dr. Lisa through a custom app to review progress

  • Custom Exercised based on your areas of limitation and weakness that are contributing to the pain.

  • Progressive plan that is individualized to your areas of weakness

  • Ideal for runners who want continuous support and exercises to run pain free and work with a running physical therapist

 One-Time Session

The goal of the session is to address the source of your pain by going through a full body assessment, running form analysis and reviewing your movement patterns. After the session, you will receive personalized exercises to follow on a custom app and an individualized running plan to reduce your pain. Each session is about 60 minutes on zoom. 

  • Full body assessment with running form analysis to determine source of pain.

  • Custom Exercised based on your areas of limitation and weakness that are contributing to the pain

  • Direct access to Dr. Lisa through a custom app to review progress in between zoom sessions.

  • Ideal for runners who want a running form analysis, second opinion, or acute injury
