Work with Dr. Lisa virtually to address injuries that are preventing you from running. Each client will receive 2 zoom calls and 4 weeks of custom programs that addresses your goals and pain points for a quick recovery. Tell Lisa a little bit more about what is going on in the application below and she will email you within 24 hours. 

1 Hour Consultation

Talk with Dr. Lisa for 1 hour on zoom to pick her brain about anything related to running. Once purchased, Lisa will email you to set up a time that works best. 

This is ideal for runners who need advice on certain injuries and/or return to run protocol.

Lisa can make the program around the equipment you have available.

How do I sign up for 1 on 1 coaching?

Apply for coaching and if Dr. Lisa feels like it is a good fit, she will contact you to set up the first session.

Do you take insurance?

No, I work cash based only so insurance is not required or involved.

Can I still benefit from the program if I am not in pain?

Absolutely, working on injury prevention that is custom to your body will turn you into a smarter and more confident runner.
