Vrtual session to assess your goals and limitations and to answer any questions about your injury/ running routine.

Package: 2 Sessions plus form analysis

Custom Programming
Monthly Commitment: 2 Virtual Sessions and 4 Weeks of Custom Exercises. Includes running form analysis.

What equipment is needed?

Lisa can make the program around the equipment you have available.

How do I sign up for 1 on 1 coaching?

Apply for coaching and if Dr. Lisa feels like it is a good fit, she will contact you to set up the first session.

Do you take insurance?

No, I work cash based only so insurance is not required or involved.

Can I still benefit from the program if I am not in pain?

Absolutely, working on injury prevention that is custom to your body will turn you into a smarter and more confident runner.
