DR. LISA

Dr. Lisa is the head Physical Therapist and Run Coach, making sure all runners are safely progressing and on track to hit their goals. She has run 3 marathons and helped thousands of runners run pain free. She stays up to date with the research so all training plans are backed by science to minimize the risk for injury.

DR. ERIN

Dr. Erin is a Physical Therapist and Run Coach who has run many marathons and just completed her first 100k ultramarathon. Dr. Erin has a passion for keeping runners healthy as they achieve their goals. She has coached hundreds of runners and has experience training for a 100k as a mom of a 1 year old.

Codi is a 5x marathoner, certified Run Coach and collegiate distance runners. She has run 4 World Majors and emphasizes a positive mindset with each of her runners. Codi is currently chasing a sub 3 marathon.

What makes runners who have gone through this program and the testimonials I've seen, so successful?

The best thing you can do is execute the plan that you are going through. You *finally* have the right tools, now it's time to be consistent and ask questions if needed. Consistency + the right plan= results

Does the training plan include when you should strength train?

Yes, each week it will tell you the exact day you should do your strength workout. Plus, you can move your calendar around if things pop up making it very individualized to you.

How do I know what pace I should run during training?

The training plans give you the exact pace you should run for each day that is individualized to you. Once you connect the app to your watch, all you have to do is press start for each run taking the guesswork out of it.

What can I expect once I am inside?

Upon completing your enrollment, you will receive an email immediately and watch a video with your next steps. Your purchase includes INSTANT access to all the material inside the Complete Runner Performance Plans.

Can my coros, garmin or apple watch connect to the training plans?

Yes and there are instructions on how to connect each inside.
