WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR RFA?
To go through the modules and lessons, you just need a computer, phone, or tablet with internet. To go through the corrective exercises and drills, you need dumbbells and resistance bands/loops.
HOW DO I KNOW I NEED TO IMPROVE MY FORM?
If you find that you are getting injured every time you increase your speed or mileage during a training plan it's a good idea to get your form looked at. It's also recommended to work on your form if you have pain when running.
DO I HAVE TO START THE COURSE IMMEDIATELY?
No, you have lifetime access to the course so you can start it and go through it on your own time, no rush!

Dr. Lisa will email you when you sign up for VIP access to set up your first zoom meeting and let you know how to send her clips of your running form prior to the meeting. During the session, she will review your running form and walk you through an assessment. Then you will meet again each 4-5 weeks for 3 sessions total.
